Childhood: Her parents (those usual big important boss executivey people who live in city penthouses) never took her out very often since NYC isn't the safest place for children (at least from my own experience, it can be terrifying...mostly because I don't like huge crowds) so she spent a lot of her time indoors playing alone, which she really, REALLY didn't enjoy.
Teen years: When she was a pre-teen (so, like, 11-12) she found/discovered Tweedle (read below for Tweed's info) and spent a lot of her time taking to him as she grew older, it really helped her fear of being by herself. He even helped her choose the better option, like job and how she spent her time and whatnot.
History of family: Her mother and father are divorced and live in separate penthouses in NYC. They would move, but their jobs are way too important to them. Plus, this way, Quin can/was able to see wither when she liked. Her mother succeeded in the fashion business and works for some made up clothing company (idk) while her father works as some important business man. I haven't figured it out quite yet. Quin just has a wealthy family.

What Tweedle is remains a mystery even to Quin. She believes he's some shadow creature (like, when she first met him she thought he was the monster under her bed or her embodiment of fear, something like that), but she'll never really know for sure. But, she doesn't really mind or care for that matter. He makes a good companion and doesn't seem to want to harm her in anyway (in fact it's the opposite. He's like a guardian to her). Tweed doesn't actually speak aloud, but communicates with Quin through facial expression and an over exaggerated mime act lol.

augh took a while but it was worth it. I probably left a whole bunch a shiz out though lol.
